VW Passat 2011 MY 2012 V6 Highline Wagon Steering Wheel Upgrade

My vehicle was supplied new with a standard multi-function steering wheel.
There was an optional sports package upgrade that included a paddle shift steering wheel not available to me as I purchased from existing stock.
I have found one on a German website but not sure if it is compatible: Part # 3C8 419 091 BFE 74
Can anyone supply the Australian part number of the existing multi- function steering wheel and/or the multi-function paddle shift steering wheel?

Have tried VW spares but they could only specify a paddle shift wheel up to 2009 but couldn't find one for an MY12 - strange as the sports upgrade is specified in brochures of the model as well as in reviews.

I've got a wheel from my 09 CC which has the paddle shifters on the back.

I swapped it out for a Golf R wheel. I can send you some pics if interested

    I've installed a Scirocco R steering wheel.

No issues. Just had to code the paddle shift to work. The swap took less than 10mins.

Thanks for the feed back - did you buy the steering wheel new or second hand?

Thanks for your quick reply - interested in getting my original part number without removing the airbag to cross match and I may be interested if it's compatible.

I bought it brand new from an eBay seller a few years ago. I think I paid around $1200 inc shipping

Thanks for the pictures - I think my existing indicator and swithgear assembly is compatible so wouldn't need that. How much for the steering wheel only noting that the European sites are very competitive for a brand new wheel.

No worries you should be able to use your existing indicator assembly and airbag off that model, the indicator assembly is only needed if upgrading from mk5 based car's.

I'd do the wheel alone for $300
