    Timing Chain law suit Australia

    Ive not heard of this issue TBH, but is the B7 TDI passat known to have timing chain issues?

    This issue relates to 2.0TSI (petrol) engines rather than diesel. If I'm not mistaken your B7 TDI has a belt rather than a chain.

    What about the Polo It has a chain and is known to stretch and have defective tensioners,

    Yes my B7 TD Passat has had the belt done
