Steerring wheel strange feel..

I do not know if someone had same issue...basically, maybe once or twice per day when driving car l got feeeling in steerign wheel like driving in undergroud garage with tyre sretching noise...no vibrations or anything else...never happed before just startwd recently...
Ideas?

That you feel that sometimes when you are driving on the road, that your car is not turning in proportion to your steering input?? That the front tyres lack grip??

If so then I would check your tyres especially the front for tread depth and inflation pressure , as it sounds like you maybe understeering due to lack of front end grip.

Thank you, maybe is time to check tyres....i asssume steetlring wheel is electrical but still need fluid. Is possible lack of fluid can makes issue?
