Steering wheel retrofit.

I plan to change my current steering wheel with 8 buttons with new one. I was told new wheel (2014) probably not going to work because different parts inside. I have 2009 passat. Any idea what parts i need to finis this job?

You'll need the wheel + airbag, steering wheel controller, slipring/clockspring plus indicator stalk. And coding of course.
