Depends on what is a normal passat, if you mean C then its more likely no but you could probably check out a few videos on your tube.
Would need programming of button and fitting in innner panels with channels, the motor, wiring. so not impossible but maybe not worth the hassle unless you really really want it and are willing to spend money and do it your self.

I noticed that a wrecker had a rear electric blind from a cc for under 300 bucks.
Just thought it would be cool to add.

It's not a bad option on the mother in laws camry, only ones I've seen. Might be a mission to retrofit and get working but if your keen then have a crack
