Sourcing Specialty Tool - T40159

Hey,

First post here and probably one of many... I was reading erWIN for the removal of a sump on a 3.6 passat and saw it requires specialty tool T40159 to remove 3 bolts on the gearbox side (I believe its an extra long triple square round-head M8 to reach past the flywheel).

Just curious if anyone knows where I can get one of these at short notice, or possibly rent/borrow(with a worthwhile deposit of course) from any users in the Sydney Metro area?

I looked at an image of this tool. It's beautifully sculptured with a narrow-waisted shaft. However I don't see why a normal long triple square M8 socket available at many tool shops couldn't do the job. The head is the widest part, so the diameter of the shaft shouldn't matter. Or am I missing something?
