    RNS510 Sat nav position

Just replaced my RNS510 1T0 035 680 Q, second hand one and the satilite position is incorrect.
Thinks im in a different city.
    The arrow moves when driving.

Done a factory reset from menu and a soft reset (teo arrows and star button) and still same issue.

Before returning it has anyone had same issue and resolved it?

I dont have a cable to do a scan on it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Checking the menu :

    GPS Antenna status disconnected
    0 satellites visible
    0 satellites tracking

Where is the aerial positioned and is it plugged in to the unit. You usually need to go for a drive for 30 mins or so to let the unit work out where it really is. But by your second post you seem to have a wiring fault maybe
