    Reset ECU

    Hi, I need to reset my ECU (2008 R36), can I do it myself, does anyone know how ?

    Unplugging it from the loom temporarily will no doubt do the trick.

    Ive had the ECU in my 2010 Golf GTI out to get it remapped. Put it back in the car and no issues.
