R36 engine in b7. Need some help.

B7 original vr6 failed. Got another engine off r36. It starts but dies immidietly. Only code im getting is U100800.
Any ideas what to do?

Scan it properly with VCDS.

Start and die symptoms are varied.

Could be immobiliser issue, could be low fuel pressure.

That's a generic code. You need a tool as Hayden has said that can properly interpret the VAG specific DTCs.
VCDS or OBD11, ODIS etc.
