    R36 Coolant Change

I am planing to change the coolant for my R36. I searched internet and have not found any info regarding the radiator drain plug. So i jacked the car up and had a look. Apparently there is no drain plug, the hose needs to be pulled to drain.

So Question: Do I disconnect the RED arrow part or BLUE arrow part? Thanks.

I just pull the temp sensor out (by removing the green circlip). Just make sure you retrieve the O-ring.

Yeah, just put the O-ring back on the sensor and push it back in, then reinstall the circlip.

Those quick-release couplers on the radiator hose itself, can be a pain to get off, and then back on again.

Have you guys got any tips on bleeding the system after flushing the coolant?

Start the engine and start pouring the coolant in - let the overflow bottle fill up and bubbles will just naturally want to come out.
