Yeah most auto locksmiths will be around half the price of a dealership. So if you're having trouble with the dealer and can't get it done yourself, an auto locksmith is an option. Just be careful to check their license, insurance and that they have some good reviews on Google and/or Facebook. Reviews can really show you whether someone is decent. There are quite a lot of cowboys in this industry.
