MultiFunction wheel with paddle shifters and new Head unit

Hi, am in UK presently for around 6 months and wanted to get a newer Radio and steering wheel for my MY08 Passat TDI wagon.
I was wondering if any one would be able to tell me if the following steering wheel would fit in my car
Volkswagen DSG Multi Function Steering Wheel Passat Golf Touran Polo Eos T5 | eBay

VW Golf Mk5 Mk6 Gti Gtd Scirocco Jetta Caddy DSG Passat Steering Wheel | eBay

while the second one is cheaper, doestnt have the cables etc.

and also which Radio unit I should get from the salvage yard. Also should I get a VAG com from here?

Thnks for the reply, are you going DIY or just getting the parts and getting a professional to install. Seems like its a DIY project to me lol. Is it not just a straight of switch with the steering wheel. A few of the DIY posts on here gave me the idea in the first place.

Any one know if maps etc would need to be purchased for Australia if I were to get a UK one? For example
Genuine VW Rns 510 Seat Skoda Very Good Condition | eBay

Also any additional cables etc? I do understand I will have to get a gps module to go with it seperately

I'm doing the sw retrofit myself, I think I've sorted it -swcm 3C0 952 549 AH clockspring 3C0959653B and multifunction airbag harness to suit sw ,better off buying sw and airbag together. Oh and mk6 wheel will bolt straight on.
