Looking a get a new steering wheel

Looking a get a new steering wheel for my 2011 passat that comes with the shift paddles. I noticed that there were two types that to me look exactly the same.
3C8419091BF and 1T0419091AD

Does it matter which one I choice? Or is there a specific steering wheel with a different part number?

I would consider updating the wheel to the one used in the Mk6 Golf GTI or R (depending on whether you prefer red or grey stitching) which is a beautiful steering wheel - both to look at and to hold.
