Has anyone else had this code with there v6 highline?

Fault code - 02248, Clutch Operating Angle Fault N375

With bit of research it appears I may be up for a haldex controller

    So it is the case.
The car has a good service history - always at volkswagen apart from the last service.

    I am the third owner

Is it worth pursuing through VW, granted the car has just clicked over 5 years on
    it's delivery date?

Is this a generic OBD2 scanner output? Or from a VW specific tool like VCDS?

Not sure about the first scan but the second scan today
was at a specialist who I assume would be using VCDS cable,
who confirmed a new controller in the region of $2600 from VW

I'll defer to those more knowledgeable than me but it might be worth trying to just change the Haldex oil and filter and see if that resolves the issue.

Either what Kamold has recommended or you can pick up the haldex controllers on eBay.

I'll have my original controller available soon as it's being replaced with a HPA controller this week at some stage....

Thanks for the offer. I managed to find one locally at the wreckers, should be fitted this Friday.
