There is a suitable PQ unit Discover Media/Composition Media PQ.

To the OP I've already told you via PM that the gateway can be upgraded to newer software to support a gen3 radio.

yep, told them that too as totally agree with you and if anything, thought was worth a try.....but the advice totally got brushed off by them and was told nah, that wouldn't be the issue. Whole thing was just too hard basket for them and not worth their time or they just have no idea what they are doing.

Probably a bit of both.
Update will take 10mins. If that doesn't fix it then it's a basic electrical consumer hunt which you'd hope an auto elec would be able to perform.

With the radio fuse out, car all normal and battery fine. Anyone in Sydney who could update the gateway and potentially reinstall the firmware to rns..even an earlier version? Willing to pay anyone to give it a go at this stage. If it works, great, if not, i'll have to think of something else
