Hi there i have a 2008 vw r36 wagon it has 129k on clock its been parked up in shed for little while battery went dead so replaced i now have 3 dash lights on abs/stability control and rear reverse and fog bulb. Have plugged vcds into it and its missing coding for abs module how can we get a code for it.??

The coding is correct.
Try setting coding to 0000000, save, then cycle ign and set coding back to 0001439.
For your rear lights they have an electrical fault. Start with fuses, globes.

I advised contacting a licensed Volkswagen dealership or a skilled auto mechanic when trying to get a code for the ABS module. They will have access to the equipment and materials needed to find the proper coding for your ABS module.
