2012 B7 Passat 3.6 with a weird issue

It's pointing to the most likely cause being the fuel pump module, but I would want to test it to be sure, don't want to throw the parts cannon at it

Some are easily explained. I've converted interior to LED, changed the mirrors also, and and externally all changed except the driving/Parker/highs.

Also my parking sensors haven't been fixed from my accident. They actually returned my car without fixing it, and have to this date haven't managed to get them operational. Insurance company is well onto them for bad repairs.

Look under the rear bumper on the driver's side, there is a gap between under so you don't have to remove the bumper and see if they forgot to connect the wiring harness, here is what it looks like.

Had a battle to see up the gap, was wiggling all around but only found 1 connection that was connected. I see your picture which clearly shows both are attached to each other but for the life of me I just couldn't see another plug up there.
Also my repairer claims he can fix the issue without a problem, yet had the car for 30 days and couldn't work out the issue then😔

With thw fuel module is there a specific one I'll need for my car?
