My Maroon Mk3 GL Classic up for sale!

HI Guys, just thinking about putting my mk3 GL Classic up for sale. Asking $2500 with rwc and rego till April next year. or $2300 no rwc and rego till next year.
The car has just less that 202,000ks. Never missed a beat even on -5 degree days in Melbourne. Always starts first time every time.
Its got a vento front end, the front right panel and the rear left quarter panels arent very straight. Other than that I have taken good car of the car.
Car has had the major service done just before it hit 200,000ks. Also got RWC (still have papers) for it in May as I had a defect for being too low and wheels poking (not with the current set up).
It also came first in the Best Mk3 category in Veedub in the Square early this year. (In the previous Set up that got me a defect, but it was hell of a lot worth it!)
- Have every document for the car from 86,000ks including service manuals and receipts for everything ranging from tiny bulbs up to timing belt service)
- Vento Front end
- Joey Modded headlights
- VR6 tail lights (one has bit of a noticeable crack) (GL tails supplied)
- JOM Coilovers (GL front suspension supplied, dont have the rear)
- Interior headliner (checkered flag pattern, all are straight no curves)
- black bumpers
- blacked side skirts
- blacked fake fogs
- blacked badges
- blacked mirrors
- Exterior roof, fuel door and boot handle are Carbon fibre Vinyl
- Added Glovebox (no key included, I got it from wreckers with no key)
- Front Control arm bushes have been upgraded to HD/Poly bushes
- 15x7 +15 XXR 513 in black with Centre Caps (factory wheels supplied)
- Riveted Flares
- Yellow brakes
- Front rotors have been done recently
- Clutch and Flywheel are soon going to be put in (Have all the parts)
- Saas Pod filter
- Rear muffler cut out and has straight through pipe after the Resonator. Sound is great and not too loud.
Bad points off the top of my head: (most problems are common in mk3)
- both rear windows dont work, 1 is the motor and the other is the plastic bit that holds the glass.
- Clear coat on paint is flaking at few spots
- Paint on some panels have lightly faded from the rest of the car over time.
- Shifter is a bit sloppy
