- Resonator delete performed, old resonator included in sale, car sounds like a Golf R at idle. Ive found that this mod does not affect warranty at all.
- Full new car warranty has been extended by VWA until August 2016 and Gearbox is covered until August 2017 as I understand it.

The Owner:
This car has been lovingly owned since new by one non-smoking owner. No expense spared in maintaining this vehicle which has a FVWSH. Extremely low kms as it's only used on the weekend/evenings as I take the train to work.

The Condition:
Paintwork is truly excellent with minimal stone chips and rims are pristine, never been curbed.
No damage at all and never been in any accidents.
Colour is amazing with a purple haze at times, bright sparkly blue at others depending on the light. This colour was only available on the Polo GTi models.
No blemishes to any of the interior that I can see and it's never been smoked in.
Never been on a track or driven that hard, you'll understand why when you see the suburb where I live, its traffic bound!

Front (OEM Bridgestone RE050A) tyres replaced <2000km back. Rears have lots of tread still.

Warranty Work:
A lot has been said about two problems with these models of Polo GTi, so to allay your fears:
1 - Oil Consumption. I can attest that my car does not use oil. VW rebuilt the engine at 15,000kms with new pistons, rings and oil squirters. Since then it has used no oil. Yes thats right, no more oil problem.
2 - DSG - This car has has new DSG clutches at 15,000kms and the software are just been updated to the most recent version about a month back. Cars drives and changes gear like a pro.
All the warranty paperwork is included in this sale. I'm not hiding anything, the car is much improved for having this work done in fact.
This car drives like a just run in car. Which it is basically, ie one with 12,000 kms on it.

I should add that these are great cars and I'll miss it. Its easy to park in tight spaces in the city (especially with the RVC) and goes like a scalded cat. Only a little smaller than a Golf GTi and pretty much as fast as its lighter, check the stats. I had a 6C as a rental and found that I preferred the older 6R as the 1.4 revs up much faster than the newer 1.8 model, and has what feels to me like better suspension.
It's been considered that the 3Dr version of this 1.4 Supercharger / Turbocharger Polo will be sought after in years to come as you can no longer buy a 3dr Polo Gti and the engine is a cracker once its had the fixes like this one has.

Only selling as I fancy a new car as Ive made some lifestyle changes so need a larger vehicle.

THE PRICE: Sensibly priced at $19,995 or very near offer - its priced to sell fast as it is with these kms and full history.

I shouldn't have to say it, but.... Please... No test pilots, low ballers or dreamers. This is my baby and I don't have the time. If I did I'd price it at $22,500 and invite all comers, but I don't. So if you're interested and then only PM me if you really do want one of these and have the money ready and are prepared to buy right away. I'm already looking at cars and this car will be traded if i dont sell it privately.
