    FS: 2010 Mk6 GTI 3 door 61,000 kms

It's time to part ways with my Mk6 GTI. I purchased this car in 2011 from the original owner with approximately 10,000km on the clock, which now reads a touch over 61,000kms. Full service history with oil changes every 6-8 months, this car presents beautifully with only very minor wear and tear to the interior.

Specs: carbon steel grey with DSG and cloth interior. Fitted with Mk7 18" GTI wheels (flawless) and brand new rubber (4 wheel balance & alignment). Aftermarket bluetooth kit.

Rego has just been renewed, plus new oil and filter last week, so there is nothing to spend on this car for 12 months.

The previous owner fitted APR stage 2+ upgrades, so this little rocket has a carbon fibre CAI with high flow air filter, APR's 3" turbo back RSC exhaust which is relatively quiet when cruising (no drone), but really opens up when you give it the berries. The exhaust crack between gears sounds just like the AMG A45.

I fitted VWR lowered springs approximately 18 months ago, so the car sits about 20mm lower and there is less body roll than standard. It's slightly firmer than factory but certainly not harsh as a daily driver. Original springs included.

Comes with fully documented service history, two keys, jack, spare wheel etc and drives beautifully, as you would expect. Car will be detailed this week and I'm located on the Mornington Peninsula, so I'll consider a more convenient meeting point if the buyer is serious.

RWC will obviously be provided and an RACV test (or equivalent) is more than welcome.

Asking $26,000, again with recent service, full rego and brand new Hankook Ventus Evo2 tyres. Please PM or or call me on 0412 724 782, prefer not to have lengthy conversations via SMS.

No sunroof - is that a good or a bad thing from your point of view?
