    FS 2001 Audi S3 8L (AMK engine code) $10,000

For Sale: 2001 Audi S3 8L (AMK engine code) $10,000 negotiable
Up for sale is my beloved S3. During my time of ownership I’ve spent quite a few hours and even more so dollars bringing this car back to an acceptable standard. It’s been nothing but a pleasure to drive and it really does take other drivers by surprise. No expense has been spared when it comes to parts and I hope it goes to someone who will cherish it. Also, it’s a perfect P-plate legal car here in NSW!
    List of mods/information as follows:
1.8 20 valve turbo, AMK engine code (pretty much the same as BAM only no “BAM tax”)
    Quattro
    214xxx km’s
    6 speed manual
Major Service conducted at 198000kms including timing belt, engine mounts, valve cover gasket, oil change etc
    Serviced <3000kms (oil, coolant etc)
    Rego until August 2017
Complete log book service history + plethora of receipts from the work I’ve done
    Has all 4 keys!!!
    Engine Mods:
Forge Turbo Intake Pipe - better/stronger than stock and doesn’t flex
    R8 Coilpacks + adapter plate
    Spark plugs (20xxx km’s ago)
Simplified PCV system to catch can (returns to intake, not vent to atmosphere)
    N249 Delete
    GFB Diverter Valve
    Simplified vacuum setup/replaced boost pipes
4 bar FPR - doesn’t affect fuel consumption in the slightest, if anything runs even better
Gearbox completely rebuilt including springs, synchros and welded shifter forks (15xxx kms ago)
New Haldex oil and filter (<5000kms)
Custom 3” turbo back exhaust - No cabin drone at all and not loud on the outside either - will provide video link
    APR Stage 1 tune
    Suspension and braking:
    Bilstein PSS adjustable coilovers
DBA slotted and vented front rotors
    Brand new OEM brake pads
Rear rotors and pads replaced during major service
    Interior:
Black on black interior with leather, electric sport recaors (front) and leather seats rear
LCD display on the cluster is brand new as it was completely dead when I took ownership
Clarion Head unit with hands free/bluetooth for both music and phone calls

Cons: Passenger side window tint is peeling

I am looking for $10,000 but am slightly negotiable. This car won’t let you down, as it hasn’t done for me and it is a real blast to drive. No time wasters or tyre kickers. NOT LOOKING FOR SWAPS

    Cheers
