As per title, looking at selling my Golf R Wagon as the balloon is coming up on the lease.

It's completely stock, has 60k km on the clock and has just completed the 60k service as well as had brand new tyres fitted yesterday (Pirelli P-Zero PZ4, around $370 a corner).
The only option on the Wolfsburg edition was sunroof and it has it, a very nice panoramic sunroof.
Warranty is valid until end of October but haven't had a single issue so far.
Has always been lovingly maintained and garaged.
Have always washed it myself so no swirl marks etc and has had an easy freeway life.
The leather has been conditioned every 3-6 months and looks like new.
The whole time i've owned the car i've been on 2 demerit points left until I lose my license so I have learned to use the adaptive cruise control to great effect and have definitely not had a lead foot.
No gutter rash on wheels, I had one kiss on the curb very early on in the car's life and got the wheel fixed the week after.
As you can probably imagine the car has been well taken care of.
