To post photos start a reply and go down to ADVANCED and you will see a box with MANAGE ATTACHMENTS Click on that and away you go

Ok so have tried this and there is NO MANAGE ATTACHMENTS ..... I checked further down to the bottom of the page in the PERMISSONS & thus the problem - I do NOT have permissions to post attachments/images/photos ..... this would appear to need an Administration/Moderator involvement to enable the attachment posting permission
