VW Golf R in White.

Every car I've detailed from this particular dealership all had paint defects & this one is no exception. Holograms by High Speed Rotary Buffer, Marring from aggressive physical decontamination & Scratches. Of course the piano black b-pillars were scratched as well.

For all white cars, the process start with Optimum Ferrex that strips away as much iron contaminants without touching the paint, followed by normal physical decontamination (clay bar), then paint correction.

Hologram & Marring are generally the easiest to fix, as these defects are light & its only on the very top of the clearcoat. Scratches are much harder and in this case required wetsanding.

Paint correction by Zentool, Rupes Green Pad & Optimum Hyper Polish for Hologram & Marring.

Area of scratches were wetsanded using a Rockwell DA with 3000grit first to level the paint.
