That looks like a front grille badge for a Passat judging by the 3A0 number on it.

Sounds good, thanks. Does it have a way of attaching with those 2 blue plastic holes in my tailgate? Or is it just stuck on?

There would have been 2 small pips on the badge that are held by the inserts in the lid. In my experience they usually fail when the badge gets removed. I just stick the badge on with silicon sealer when that happens.

had the same problem...had the badge stolen off my beetle..
sister just had her split window kombi badge taken off the front too...grrrrr...
scums cant afford a quality vehicle, so they steal a quality badge.
