What exactly do you mean by vegan? I'm gonna take a stab in the dark here, do you mean something that complies with vegan beliefs such as nothing from an animal/nothing dairy? I'm pretty sure most of the stuff that a lot of us here use is compliant hehe

I am going to take a stab and suggest most care care products won't have animal products contained. Predominantly petroleum/synthetic products are in car care.

Yes its usually packed full of chemicals. The dodo and swissvax range are probably the closest things you will get to "natural" products though. check out www.carcareproducts.com.au or better yet ring Greg on 1300006007 and ask him

Isn't Carnuba wax extracted from the Carnuba palm ? (and then they probably add a whole lot of chemicals to make it easier to apply).

Yes it is. Its solid when extracted so is not usable. it does need additives to make it usable. The cheap wax's usually use petroleum distalliates to keep it soft the more expensive stuff uses natural oils as the solvents.

I reckon you're safe mate, I honestly don't see why any product I've ever used would have anything at all to do with animals.

im thinking they test them on cars considering that they cant really be harmed.

how is testing a wax on a dog going to help determine if it will make a red car shinier
