US golf mk3 window reg same as Aus?

hey guys im doing an order on germanautoparts and was wondering if the power window regulator on a golf Mk3 VR6 is same item in AUS as the US.

sorry its a little question but i just wanna make sure the US item will fit the Aus cars.

Yep they should be the same. I don't know EXACTLY but they look the same, and there should be no reason for them being different. I guess just make sure you get the front ones for a 4 door, not 2 door (even then I think they're the same).

That doesn't sound too bad. My rear driver's side has broken a few times now. How much are they from GAP?

Yes they are the same but be aware that their drivers side is on their left when ur ordering.

5door front regs are the same part as the 3door and will fit both cars.
Same part for the Cabrio/Vento/Variant too

yea im doing a faily big order on GAP so i thought id through a regulator in there because im sick of fixing the stupid cable thats all twisted now.

$US 96.80. not bad I think. (just the regulator). + motor is $US 186.32
