i have grey grab handles and need them black i need black trim paint can any of you recomend any or have used any??

There's that back to black stuff, or whatever it's called....you know the stuff everyone with a textured-bumper mk3 uses to paint them? That'll probably do the trick.

When you say grab handles....do you mean the interior handles on the headliner?

the interior grab handles that are attachd to the roof via two screws

VHT platic paint and dye.

Works better on some plastics, not so well on others. Generally seen decent results with this stuff even on high traffic areas so long as you do a good surface preparation
