    Stains on windows

Hi. I've got a 98 golf cabrio and the windows are stained. It's as though there are water marks from water off the top.
Is there an easy way to remove the stains or do I find a pro? I've tried scrubbing with windex type stuff to no avail. The side and windscreen are affected.

You can get glass polish which can help - Auto Glym from any auto parts outlet.

Other than that I don't think it is coming out. It could be etched?

    Thanks, I'll have a look.
You can see it at certain angles and the sunlight makes it look worse.

Autoglym Car Polish is fairly good but one that has more bite and defintely removes water marks, bore water stains etc is Duragloss Nu glass - awesome stuff!

With the AG Glass Polish, can you use a RO (Random Orbital) Polisher to remove stubborn marks?

AG Car Glass Polish is what they would have meant.

I use the Duragloss Nu-Glass polish personally. I find it does a better job than the autoglym version. I use it on a RO with a cutting pad.

These are NOT my pics but pics none the less of a guy that used Duragloss Nu-Glass by hand
