sprayless scratch repair, anyone used them?

Hey guys, I have a few scratches/key marks on the passenger door of the mk4 which have been annoying me lately. have booked the car in for a quote at 'what scratch" in perth which uses this sprayless scratch repair method, has anyone had experience with this stuff? the car is black and the scratches are too deep to buff out by hand, but dont look like they've hit the primer/metal. havent really heard any reports on how well it works, maybe someone on here has come across it?

i told the guy there's a few on there, one being about 25-30 cm and without seeing it he said about 60-70 dollars, so not overly expensive, alot cheaper than a respray. just wondering what the finish is like and how permanent it is
