    Rust inhibitor

    G'day all,

In the coming weeks I will be drilling holes on the tops of the front strut towers to install a strut bar. What should I use to prevent/prolong any rust from developing?

    Cheers,
    Raymond.

Cold Gal. You can buy very small tins for touching up any drilled holes.

    Hey Ray,

You should give the area a liberal spray with fish oil after you touch it up with the cold-gal, that way u should be rust free for years to come

Just ignore the smell... mmmmmmmm... fishy!!!

    Cheers!!!

Yeah, my original thought was just fish oil, but with the Cold Gal, it would deinitely prolong it.

As with the smell, I'll remember to keep the fans to circulate within the car
