Also for those who have the grey plastic cladding i.e pretty much all suv owners the pomp can be and has been applied to it it working well so far no fading looks just like new
I have been told by other coating providers that they will not coat that bit as Quote "it does not work well on that" (opticoat provider)
    Looking good mate!

This is what my car looks like after pretty much every day in the car park with trucks driving past covered with dust

Also trees overhead at home with sap and bird poo as well

Pomp has exceeded my expectations with gloss and how easy to keep clean it is

If your thinking should i? and you like a clean glossy car that gets random comments from strangers about how good it looks pull the trigger you wont be disappointed

For those interested in clean wheels i can recommend ceramic brake pads for much cleaner wheels

The cloth on the right(pink one) was used for 1 wheel on stock oem pads after 1 week of driving

The blue cloth was used on all 4 wheels (and the calipers) after 3 weeks of driving! huge difference in dust also the dust is lighter gray and does not stick to wheels like the oem ones do!

Its a different feel on the pedal to oem not all like it (i do) and the dust reduction has to be seen to be believed
Nice. Can this be done at Service with VW, swap to ceramic or do you have to get it done yourself ?

I would get it done outside a vw dealer i don't know if they will fit ate pads but i can bet you will pay heaps more tho if they do
Mine cost me $226 for front pads and $145 for rears

As for discs it is recommended to get new discs at the same time with a new car like eyes tig you probably would be ok but i would check 1st

So how many years can you expect with the pomponazzi ceramic coating?

I'm hoping to pick up a Golf Alltrack later this year so interested in coatings. I did my wife's i30 myself with gyeon products and thinking it might be enough if we don't keep it for a long time.
It's silky to the touch and bird poo rinses off.
I'd post pics but don't think I have enough posts yet.

I would expect to get about 7 to 10 years if looked after well mine will be getting a claybar clean to remove surface contaminants and check over by the detailer every 12 months

Currently its at 9 months and still looks like new give it a quick wash and it looks like you spent 2 hours waxing it
