    polishing scratches for metallic paint?

I've heard cutting polish should not be used for metallic paint.. what product should I use to polish out light scratches?

Old style cut and polish, like Kitten #2, should not be used.

All abrasive polishes will have a level of cut. What one to choose will depend on how deep the marks are.

To really be effective you would need to use a machine to polish them out. You can achieve the results by hand but the scratches must be small.

Have a look at the menzerna sample pack from Car Care Products. It contains all the polish you would need.

If your not sure about it then best get a pro out to have a look at it. Try Glenn from Wax'em Detailing.
