OEM windscreen for mk6 GTI

Hi is VW service the only place a get an OEM windscreen, or do other vendors I.e Obriens also offer the OE glass as a option? Also any recommendations for an installer in Melbourne south east?

I got my OEM windscreen through O'Briens. But they had to order it in...

Mk7 Golf.

thanks just went with the aftermarket glass in the end was $1000 for OEM

That's a slight rip off. The VW dealer here quoted $800ish and that was with O'Brien doing the install!

yeah my local was $750 for the part and $200 for the install. Obrien was $450 fitted no brainer really

I got mine done end of last year, think they charged $600 for screen
and and $200 to fit. Was cheaper than OBriens.
