NOT happy!!!

I have my car kept at work (a ford dealership) for the last few weeks while I fix it up a bit, well i went yesterday arvo to the car to fit a new door handle and to my surprise a HUGE dent in my 76 golf lhs rear 1/4 panel... No scrapes or anything from being hit by a car, looks more like some ole has kicked it in.... My custom lime green/yellow pearl paint is cracked where its bent, and the dent goes right from the rear edge of the door (2 door) to the tail gate/ bumper area, and from about knee height or bumper height to the bottom of the window... Practically the whole rear 1/4!!! the car was straight as before that and in mint condition...

Wrote a sign up saying: To the person who damaged my car, if it was an accident, I would appreciate your honesty...On the other hand, if it wasnt, then when i find out who you are, Im going to dent your head with a tyre iron!!!

(only with more cursing involved!!!)

yeah, the thing is why??? are they jealous??? My of my work mates said maybe someone jumped the fence, BUT the thing is the car is unlocked, 2 sony 6x9's sitting on the floor not even installed amongst other stuff, why wouldnt they have been taken? Also, it wasnt like that thursday, and someone has grafitti some crap about me on the staff toilet wall!!!

For what reason? I dont know, I thought that i got along well with everyone there... Looks like we have a smiling assasin in the group... I will get some pics on Monday, oh and a mate is going to lend me his "dent puller"

Dirty d!! Maybe you could hang onto the dent puller a tad longer and use it to pull the lower jaw off the person responsible!!

Graffitti and handwriting are usually similar and pretty damning. I'd take note and watch peoples writing, and narrow it down : ) Do a bit of a search online, and learn what to look for, and find a way to get a "survey" done with written answers by everyone there. Ideas for a social, a party, opinions etc etc. can be totally legit, and help out management whilst working out your culprit.

Yeah, thanx for the support guys... I have got pics on my phone, will get me sister in law to put em up tomoz if i remember... I have also managed to pull most of it out, there are just two smallish dents now that are on the crease line and so the puller cant get suction onto it, so what i will do now is try and push the last little bits out from the inside...

After thinking about it nearly all day every day since last friday, along with some info from the others at work, I think I have pretty much got a fair idea who it was, unfortunately i now just have to try and get evidence of some sort...

Oh and the paintwork is cracked/flaked along the creases of the dent with a flake mark about the size of deodorant can lid?
