It already has mate! I personally reckon it can look bloody brilliant, but sometimes it is a tad over the top and spoils the cars look

anything post 80's it looks bad on imo.

I can appreciate the look, and hell would do it for a laugh maybe, but never on a new car.

    Those honda's & mk 4's & 5's just look stupid I think.

That old 5 series though - hottest thing since freshly baked bread!

Jeez. It's only a bonnet & maybe a front panel

It's not like it can't be reversed.

Keep the original bonnet & get a spare & do it on.

With the way the trend's are, nearly everything has just about been done & seen.

If you want to be different & stand out, you have to be prepared to go the extra mile to do so.

    Maybe I might start something.

    "The slowly rusting away mk1's!"

Well not really as just about all mk1's are slowly rusting away! hahaha

Looks great in my opinion. It's nice to think outside the box, most cosmetic mods in this country seem to be limited to **** body kits on japanese cars, or if you own a commodore - just swapping your wheels for a different model vt/vx/vy/vz etc etc. Personally I like cars that make you take notice and actually look twice. I'll probably do it to my bonnet. I try not to take stuff to seriously

I don't mind it, but I agree with the others that have said it has to be done well to look good. You can't just rat up your car and expect people to think it's tits straight away! You have to rat it up WELL, just like any modding
