    Hey mate,

Have a close look at the paint, if its the car mentioned in your signature and its quite new still you may not have anything to worry about.

I would wash the car, follow by a Clay then apply the Nanolex Sealant. It will give the car itself a very reflective shine and more so some good protection long term.

Post some pics up if you are unsure of the paint..

    Cheers

will it be better to clay, polish then apply nanolex sealant?

will polish give it some extra shine?

    thanks

    pierre,
finally had the opportunity to Nanolex the Tiguan. did the whole disaster, clay bar, wax and sealant- took the wheels off and sealed them too !! it really is great stuff for a car used everyday, the wheels in particular stay much cleaner and are far easier to clean, have been using the reactivating shampoo, great products and great advice, thanks !!

    Hi guys,
Great info on this. Definitely convinced on this product that I've ordered one myself. Anyhow, I'm curious, whats the reasoning behind not driving the car for at least 2 hours after applying this? Thinking of applying it at a car wash but wouldn't want to stick around for 2 hours if possible...

To give it time to properly bond and seal. So that you don't get any contaminents, or especially water, on it...

Though 2 hours is just a minimum btw.

I did the R yesterday before lunch, car didn't leave the garage until this morning. Gotta love how easy it is to apply though I got lazy for the wheels. The spokes are just too hard!

Just bumping this as I start looking for a product to apply to my 5 year old Liberty. It has been garaged both at work and home in that time and waxed every 6 months. Now I have a new toy this one has to move to the outdoors so looking to get a synthetic sealant that has the durability as well as the look

Any of you good folk that have applied it talk to the durability and shine after having applied it some time ago.
