I need some help.

A while back someone with something like a scaffold plank has either reversed or gone forward, not realising they had the plank on their roof bars and have hit the high level brake light on my MY11 Caddy Maxi Life with tailgate and cracked it.

I just had the 30,000 km service and as the dealer did not have them in stock, they have given me the part number and "nudge, nudge, wink, wink" suggested that it might be cheaper for me to source one myself. They want $79 for the new lamp, if I get them to supply and install it. Installation is removing two screws, unplugging the old one, and then connecting the new one and refitting the screws.

The part number is 2K0945087C. I have tried to do some searches for it on the Internet, but all end up going nowhere.

Does anyone have any sources for Caddy spare parts?
