    Golf VR6 in White

First off, big thumbs up to Dan for yet another outstanding job. I assumed my paintwork would need a stage 2 machine polish but after his inspection I got away with a stage one, and I'm very happy with the results. My car has been ''buffed'' by a panelbeater recently, who did a very poor job and managed to hologram the whole car (good effort, because we could see it on my WHITE paintwork). My car's shine wasn't enhanced by much, but it made a huge difference to the look of the paintwork as it was neater and generally warmer/deeper.

Here's some pics from my camera. They're not the best, but it's all we had to work with on the day. I'll get some full shots up (with my new temporary wheels) soon hopefully.

Before shots, where you can see the holograms quite clearly:

After - no more holograms :

And by the way...in the after shots, all the little black spots and marks you see are gone as of today . I went round the car with a toothpick and my touch up paint and touched up all big imperfections, yay.

Here's some half-car shots. Dunno why Dan didn't get any full shots

I have since topped the paint up with a nice strong coat of Dodo Juice 'Hard Candy' wax, and will be doing another coat when I get time this weekend. The shine is a bit better than in the above photo's at the moment and it's only going to get better! Cheers again to Dan.

Paint looks tops, nice door handles too.

Did he do anything to the black plastic bits or interior?

I splashed the interior with 303, but it's dirty from daily use so no pictures of that yet

In the morning, I sanded down all my bumpers with 240grit wetdry paper and cleaned them with alcohol. Then Dan detailed the whole car, and left the bumpers. Then I put my shoe polish back on

If you're hesitating about getting Dan to do this, or even just a wash to your car, then let me be the one to tell you DO NOT HESITATE! It's worth every penny you pay, and Dan's pricing is very reasonable too

pete I dunno if I can tell you the EXACT price of the detail (I'll leave that up to you Dan haha) but I can tell you he looked after me as I've been wanting him to detail it for a while now Dan only washed and polished the car because it had been recently buffed so didn't need anything else, so it wasn't full price.
