    Thanks for the tip; I've actually bought something similar already! I'm using Sika Multikit Epoxy Putty for the plastic bits and Selleys Steel Knead It for metal bits. Both work great and are easy to shape, and are 2-part epoxy though the hardener to putty ratio is fixed. They harden in minutes so they are very handy when it comes to holding things in place (especially when they have to be aligned properly).

    Q Bond will relliably bond plastic bumpers, grills, radiators. Good for metals too. Will reinforce and fill up missing material in seconds. Available from Sprint Autoparts and Snap-on dealers too. Cost $20.00 aprox.
