Mine too and mine lives in a garage - barely ever exposed to the sun
My car is just over two months old and these parts already looked weathered. The material is developing a whitish cancer making it look grey rather aged. (These parts also seem to get dirty quickly and look grubby, but that's another matter).Has anyone noticed this?

My March '13 built, Aug '13 complianced car came into my grubby hands, as a new vehicle, only 2 weeks ago. Some of the trailing edges of the plastic window trim are white which I assumed was the dealer polishing it with a machine without adequately taping off the plastic trim. I haven't been able to get the marks off, I'll take some pics of it when I get a chance.
I used some trim restorer such as mothers back to black with every wash and it keeps it nice and new looking whilst pretty sure it also protects from uv damage
Re the polish on the black plastic: Use some dish soap on a nail brush (short, stiff bristle brush). This should get the plastic looking close to new again.
There's a number of different products you can use to restore the plastic. I use one called Aerospace 303. It's a trim restorer, but a bit hard to work with. A good tyre gel will work, or some silicone spray.
