Damage to Passat bonnet paint from wiper arm

Today I got the first scratch on my Passat 130TDI. Some bozo placed a flyer under the wiper in a carpark. The wiper arm gouged the paint on the edge of the bonnet. The damage isn't obvious, but it is down to the metal, so it will have to be repaired to prevent rust.

I doubt it's a job for a repair shop. I'm sure this is a common (and recurring) problem. Anyone got a quick and dirty method for repairing this sort of damage? It doesn't need to be pretty, just protective. Do VW sell small tins of paint for touchups? It's Reflex Silver metallic.

You can buy small touch up paint from the dealer. About $22 for a small bottle should get you out of trouble.
