Hey Ladies and Gents,

Dan and I will be returning to Canberra on the 24th, 25th and 26th of July.

We will be able to do around 3 cars a day depending on what sort of service they need.

Pricing for a Stage 1 will be $300
Stage 2 will be $380
Stage 3 will be $510

We currently have some booking so let me know your preference and i will do my best to get you in.

Can you give me an idea of how much it would be to get my Tiguan clay barred, light swirls removed and finished off with a protection/polish type product?

That falls under a stage 1 so your looking at $320.

Well, I'm a little pissed off, Dan. You need to maintain a basic level of customer service and communication

I thought we'd agreed a time (today at noon) and place to have mine detailed. I provided you with contact and address details, but no show, no call....NOTHING!

I do apologise again for today. Like i said on the phone i did get your PM but unfortunately didnt reply and subsequently double booked it.

Hopefully next time we will get the opportunity to do some work on what sounds like a very nice machine.
