Calling all Brisbanites!

just to throw the idea out there, what about doing a detailing workshop for a small fee to those that attend to show them how to detail their cars, eg when to use a cut and what compound, when to clay, how not to use a buffer? Good excuse for a get together too. Another forum I was part of did a few things like this throughout the year and were very well received.


I used to be a detailer for alfa romeo in brisbane a few years back so I probably wouldn't be involved, capable detailer, bloody awful teacher.

sean not to steal mickeys thunder here but there are guys in brisbane who do that for FREE Dave at Waxit does and it is a great couple hours also has the shop open after.

Hey mate, good on you for having a lash, when and where are going to be, im sure i could drum some work up for you up here and with the latest dust storms the cars are looking shabby, my A4 is shocking but our esteemed freind Jasn78 has offered to to the golden treatment on that ( cant wait!!!!)
Let me know mate and ill put the feelers out, would you come to mines???? in a mobile fashion????? I have some nice Audis and Dubs frequenting my place daily and yeah pm your tariff.

Gotta get the car back, but will have a area for you to work on. I need some major paint chips fixed on the bonnet, as well as a full detail that something you can look after?

Not sure if I've said this before or not, but anyway... I'll need water and power, and preferrably some shade to work in so the paint doesn't get hot. Oh....and I'm not bringing a vacuum cleaner with me on the plane lol so I'll just have to borrow one for the carpets. Cheers!
