Best Hand Car Wash Melbourne?

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a place to take the Golf R to get it washed, being Black it gets dirty easily. I used to take the Polo to Magic Hands in either Blackburn or Doncaster every couple of weeks, anyone know other places to get a hand car wash and wax? I know I should wash it myself but I live in an apartment

Black car + hand car wash cafes = recipe for swirls.. Especially if they are using sponges and chamois to dry your car.

Best to DIY at a mates or late at night at carlovers. Costs $2-3 of water, take two buckets, whatever wash mitt and car wash you use, waffle weave drying towel and you're out of there in 15-20 mins..

We did it for years and never once had any hassles..

Doing it yourself at a carlovers or something as suggested above is the way to go though (as long as you know how to do it yourself properly, look through videos and such on how to wash a car safely to avoid swirls etc). Paying an actual detailer who knows what they are doing to do it would also be a lot better than taking it to one of those places
