3M wrapping or other. Thinking of getting my Grill wrapped. Ideas?

Im considering getting my B6 Passat's grill wrapped with a brushed aluminium style wrap.

Has anyone had experience with wrapping key components? or even better with metal style wraps?

I just don't want to pay to get it wrapped and have it stick out like a sore thumb!

Alternatives are chrome grill strips.

Any input appreciated.

Ive searched here and UK forums cant seem to find anyone wrapping the grill in anything but black (which is a bit hard to tell if it looks good or not.
