    So this happened yesterday... Golf R 201 all wheel kW

    HP/F Cold air intake, Full Ultimate Racing Exhaust, HPFP and custom dyno tune on 25psi. Pretty happy with the outcome. Torque roughly translates to nearly 600nm

    That's impressive - my R with a GTX28 at 30psi only pulls around 550Nm at the flywheel!

    There are so many variables in torque readings across different dyno's that i barely take notice of the torque figures they show.

    KW look low for all those mods. Would expect close to 300KW. Stage 1 tune would normally be 230kw and 350nm.

    Agree, low number. Something is messed up with that dyno (or tune)

    200kW at the wheels seems on the money to me - mine made about 180kW with just a tune (no hardware) so it makes sense that exhaust, intake and pump add 10% or so on top of that.

    It's just the torque that is either a little out of place or bloody impressive for the hardware.

    All due to the quoted 600nM

    It is always about the gain and area under the curve (assuming AFRs are on the money and there aren't flat spots)

    As stated, this is a rough translation of torque as we are measuring tractive effort and not torque. Dyno is fine and as you can see was done in shootout mode. Those that know shootout mode will understand that these are real figures ATW and not happy dyno figures where everybody gets a prize lol
