QB Dent Free - An introduction

Introducing, QB Dent Free, providing Paintless Dent Removal for Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

Most enthusiasts these days know all about Paintless Dent Removal (PDR), so I won't explain the processes involved here, but will save it for a later post.

Operating on a mostly mobile basis, I can offer you the convenience of getting those unsightly dents repaired without you ever having to leave the comfort of your own home or office, and more importantly, your car will usually only be off the road for minutes or sometimes hours.

I got into the car repair business as an enthusiast myself, with the main goal of being able to help those like myself who are so passionate and pedantic about every aspect of their pride and joy. With that in mind it didn't take me long to get into the PDR business, where my patience and attention to detail are valuable assets.
As my personal aim is the satisfaction of the customer, as well as my own satisfaction at getting your rides looking brand new again, I treat every customer with total up-front honesty, which will mean no nasty surprises like some repairers leave you with. Some PDR guys will think they can repair big nasty collision damage, only to leave you with hundreds of "high-spots", or cracked paint. I will let you know right away what can or can't be done.
And on that note, if the repair is not done to your satisfaction (or to mine for that matter), then I won't charge. I don't see how some people can get away with offering a service, then not providing it, yet still expecting to get paid.

As with most services in the Automotive industry, I understand that enthusiasts are unlikely to trust their pride and joy in the hands of an unproven repairer. With this in mind, I am offering the first 10 jobs from VWwatercooled at a massive 30% off, as long as you don't mind me posting the before/afters so that everyone can see I am only satisfied with perfection.
After these initial jobs, I will offer 10% off for VWwatercooled members until further notice.

Quick note, no I don't do paint work. Some scratches and scuffs can be polished out, but anything deeper and I'll recommend a paint shop for you. I can straighten the dent, but can't put the paint back on. I'm currently loo

Welcome to the forums Phil. Sounds like a good offer and business etho but no dents here.

Maybe check out the various sub-forums for each model or do a search for 'damage' and post in those threads if the staff here don't mind. Just don't sound spammy

Thanks Ryan. I'm not looking to go chasing people down for work just yet.
What I would like to do, (and no-one get too excited just yet, it's still just an idea) is set up at a couple VWwatercooled events, like the Dyno-day I see coming up, or even pair up with a detailer and host a "car makeover" day. But as I said, just ideas for the moment

Had Phil over this morning to repair a few dents on my MKV R32 and I could not be more pleased with the reults! Phil did an amazing job removing the dents and even I after could no longer see anything he continued to work away until he was 100% happy with the result.

I highly recommend anyone who has dents to get into contact with him as he workmanship is top notch and the prices are very reasonable.

    Thanks again Phil

I've actually got a little scratch which someone said would cost ~$50 to fix with PDR... might get in contact with you later.

I assume you mean the scratch will polish out, and there is a small dent that needs repair. I'd be happy to look at it for you, and can always recommend a local painter if the scratch is too deep. Feel free to give me a call on 0437957664
