If we are going to the Gong, Mt Keira Lookout is pretty nice on a clear day and a I know a nice hilly windy scenic road (Appin to Thirlmere) on the way... - but I don't know what you guys are into

Sounds much better than National Park. (Less traffic, higher speed limit etc)

BBQ came and went and no-one showed up .

it seems it has been decided ! meet up at liverpool between 9-10 am drive on to the Gong, Mt Keira Lookout on the 21st of january

So far its over 10 cars and Draco will spread the word on the other sites that number is sure to grow.
Sorry mate for not turning up to your bbq in the garage but its doesnt really excite me like cruising around with a convoy of beautiful vdubs!!!
Even if there is not a huge amount of cars turning up its sure to be a enjoyable day.

Maybe we should start a new thread to make it more simple for some people to find the details?

I for one Agree...

You could even make it a poll so that you can see the people that are coming a bit easier?

To spread the word properly, I'll need some details such as if it's an exclusive Water Dub event, firm departure time, contact email, (Ph Number?) etc...

I think it should be up to the guys that started this thread not just the ones that turn up at the end.(check page 1)
we have decided firmly that its on the 21st. 9-10 am liverpool meet up. drive down to wollongong through mt keira lookout.
I live at kingsford and im happy to meet up at liverpool first.
As for exclusive watercooled event we have already decide that it is EXCLUSIVE.
I have already pm'd golf loon and im sure by the end of the week we should have this all finalised.
whether 10 or 50 cars turn up,im sure it will be a good day.

Yeah, create a new thread and sticky+lock it, until that day comes. This should go for other upcoming events too. Just works better when we want to know what's happening in the Aussie world of watercooled veedubbers.
