    That sounds really great Todd.

However I believe 6th November is the same day as day of the Volkswagen.

it's majority air-cooled cars there is that right? Do many VVW'ers typically go?? If so we could do the cruise on the Saturday 5th ...

    what would everyone prefer??

Make it the 2nd week and then barring any delays, I can come and get my R on.

Work wanted me to be on a trip for this weekend, luckily the 31st is my wedding anniversary so when I told them to bash it where the sun dont shine (I used those words, have a cool boss ) my weekend remained free. Where ever that rally was taking place last year, we must drive those roads... must!

What's the entry fee to that rally event? I'm assuming we're all going to watch it together at same location if we do watch.

I originally thought I'd read on the targa site that it was $20 per car, but I checked it again today and good news: the cost for parking and spectator viewing is absolutely .. nada!

ok as there's not a huge amount of criticism of the 7:30am departure time for Sun 6 Nov to cater for the option of seeing the Targa High Country final stage @ Mt Buller, I've updated the first post of this thread to reflect this once-off and much too early departure

It would be good if people would support DOVW as we can have a drive any other weekend.
